Shipping Guide

i) Our priority at ElevateBuy is to ensure that our customers receive their orders quickly, securely, and affordably. We strive to deliver orders within 90 minutes in Bhubaneshwar by 7:00 pm, or according to the customer's preferred time slot.

ii) Before shipping, we thoroughly inspect each item to ensure its quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our instructions to return or exchange the product informing same day.

iii) We offer a return or exchange for items of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will work with you to determine the best solution. If you choose to exchange your item, we will replace it within 48 hours of receiving your complaint. We do not cover any damage or misuse of the product outside of the 7-day period.

iv) Please report any missing items or defective items on the same day of delivery. We will not accept any requests for missing or defective items after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

v) We will only accept returns of perishable goods if they fail the quality test. Returns based on reasons such as not liking the taste, texture, or aroma will not be entertained.

vi) Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned unless there is a defect with the product.

vii)If, during the time of return, we find any kind of unsealed packaging, product measurements that do not match the original specifications, or any evidence of tampering with the products, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
